  1. One way would be to put yourself on a see/saw

    with known weights on the other side to balance you.

    Another would be to fill a tub with water and then completely immerse your self in the water. Then you measure the water that spilled over. Water weighs 62.4 lbs/cu ft.

    One possible way; find something of known weight - perhaps a sack of flour or bag of cement; to a reasonable approximation, the weight of these is the weight of their contents. Then find something to use as a fulcrum, and a long wooden plank; adjust the position of the fulcrum until you balance the weight, and measure the distances from where the weight and yourself are to the fulcrum. Then do the calculations; the product of weight x distance on the two sides is the same.
