When should I show up for the show? Where to hang out during the day in order to increase my chances of meeting them? Are there any famous spots downtown Montreal where band members could go to? Where do they leave their tour buses and which entrance do they use? I need any information.. Thanx

  1. The usual parking entrance on St Antoine.

Aside from that, private parties are hard to get into unless you know someone.  Time Supper Club is often a hotspot, though.

  2. sometimes they have afterparties where you can go meet the band. ( but you have to buy a ticket and not all bands have that)

as for meeting the bands, i think its really difficult with all the security. so i guess you have to be lucky lol.

  3. It is very very hard to try to meet bands at the Bell Centre as the buses and trucks park indoors (blocked off from the rest of the indoor parking). You would have to go to St-Antoine street and see if there are other fan waiting (usually there are) but a lot of bands won't stop the bus and get out as it's on a busy street.

What I did when I wanted to meet my favorite band was, I went to see the concert in Kanata/Ottawa (Scotiabank Place). The arena is located outside of Ottawa, and it's almost in the middle of nowhere and there is a back entrance and parking lot where it's easier for the bands, artists and hockey players to stop their buses/cars and sign autographs for people waiting for them.
