How to meet a police officer to date....serious answers please?

How would you go about meeting a police officer? I know there are singles sites but they don't list profession and the ones that are set up to specifically target a police officer and such aren't populated. There are like 3 guys in my vicinity not area. If you go to a cop bar, they aren't in uniform, plus I wouldn't know where one would be in the Allentown, PA vicinity. And I was told it was really a great idea to give my number if I got pulled over because of it being "bribery". How would I meet a guy who is a police officer for a profession? I have no idea! Any advise?

Does you local police have some type of fund raiser or function that they do early that the public is invited to attend?  Maybe like a "chili" cook off.....of something like that.  Also some local police stations also do K-9 dog demonstrations.  You could attend one of those.

Go by the police station see if you can see anyone in uniform coming out of the building.  If you do then see if you see the same people at the bar.  Or, you can go by the police station and ask to speak to an officer and then ask them a silly question about phone harassment.

You need to date a person based on who they are not what they do for a living. Just because the person is a police officer when you meet them there is no guarantee that he is going to stay an officer. I have met plenty of people who became officers and then decided that it was not for them. Or people who decided that  later in life they decide to go into law enforcement.

The reason its not a good idea to give one your number if you get pulled over is because they will think you are trying to get out of the speeding ticket. If you truly think the cop is cute all you have to do is after you take care of the ticket send them a card or note asking them out.

I cry troll as if you really wanted to meet a cop then you would simply walk up to one who you think is cute and give them your number and ask them out .. its not that hard.

Cops hang out in cop bars. Just find out where they get drunk after work and go there. Watch out for the married ones though. Heck, every cop looks like a cop, even the undercover guys.

The next best place is a police science class at a University.

Dating someone for what they do (as opposed to who they are) is a stupid idea.

Cops have ZERO respect for "Badge Bunnies."  They are universally reviled and laughed about.

When you're not there, cops (even the ones DATING you) talk about how pathetic it is to be that into someone for their job only.

Put the word out to your friends. Cops go to church with their families. They all know single officers.Also  contact the preceint. They know the cop hangouts.

Why limit yourself to one profession?  Does his job make you feel safe?  That is too weird wanting to date only this profession.  There has to be a reason behind all this.
