Question:

How to minimize blisters in flats?

I find that when I wear flat shoes (which is a rarity with me), i always tend to get really bad blisters.

Wearing socks with them is out of the question unless i'm wearing long pants,

so what do I do? Theyre my size, but they always chafe up against the sides of my feet.

  1. They sell these tiny sock things that are hidden in the shoes. They're made of pantyhose type stuff.  That's what I do.

  2. You will just have to wear them out for awhile so that they can stretch and mold into your foot shape to get the comfort you need. But if your shoes are new, you can get something soft and stick it on the back ankle part of your flats.

  3. there is this amazing stuff by BANDAID that looks like mini deodorant but you just rub it on the back of your heels or your toes wherever the problem is and it keeps blister from getting worse or starting! i love it  but it does melt so dont carry it around in your purse or leave it your car on hot dayss! you can get it at walmart!!!

  4. sometimes you just need to break into them

also try band aids, but those are a painnn.

    also try gel blister:
