How to monitor my friends computer (Internet Explorer) ?

I want to see on which sites my friend goes on, He has got 5 coolest download sites. I want to know them. If I get to know them I will share them with you. Please help.

Maybe user privilege manager meet your need. this is an administration software,  it can protect your computer’s safe by specify files or programs.so not to say what sites he visited. In addition it can log his behaviors into screenshots. Therefore you can view snapshots recorded on your computer.i feel this software is easy to use, hope it will help you.

You could use a keystroke logger. that /may/ help but only if he doesn't use the bookmarks. If you have access to his computer it should be simple enough to check his history. If you can get his IP address what you're looking for then is a VNC solution. You install a service-level server on his computer and then a viewer on yours and you'll be able to see/control his computer from a distance.

I hesitate to share this because there's no reason you shouldn't be able to just ask and this will no doubt be used in an invasion of privacy which means these 'download sites' are probably paid p**n sites but your friend will be able to cut you off if you try anything funny so I guess I'll go with that.
