How to move my itunes library into a zune library

Question

I have an ipod right now but I want to get a zune in the near future because my ipod is not working right. I want to know is the zune a good choice instead of getting another ipod? I also want to know is there a way to move my itunes library into the zune library without installing all my songs manually. I have over 2300 songs and some 100 videos on my ipod including the podcasts. And I like to keep my current playlists without me maually installing them as well.

Don't get a Zune....please....the support is awful!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
