How to naturally boost a zero s*x drive?

I only had a s*x drive up until I was 17 and it slowly went away after that. My mom said she never had much of one either. Sometimes out of the blue I have a very high s*x drive for a couple of days then it goes away for a long time. The last time I had a high libido was a couple of days after I started taking omega 3 and add'l iron and I had a maca maca root smoothie (shaman) it went on for like 4 days. My hubs was very happy!

I tried getting a maca root supplement but I don't think it's working. I asked my gyn about it and she said it's so common there's nothing to worry about and kinda brushed it off.

Any natural herbs, remedies etc would be great!

  7. Stop worrying so much. Let the feeling come to you. There's nothing saying you have to have a s*x drive.

    As soon as you stop caring, you'll be more on then you've ever been =)

  8. The only way to improve naturally is to do it more often.  The more you do it, the more you want it.

Do Kegal Exercises, flex those PC muscles, this will increase blood flow to the gential area, and increase sexual desire, men do such exercises to have multiple orgasms and maintain an erection as long as they desire. This also works for women, but in a different way,  by increasing s*x drive and desire. The PC muscles are located in the middle between the a**s and v****a. Yoga naturally strengthens these muscles.

    Even though your mum also had a similar problem, it does not mean it is genetic or inherited. There may be another underlying reason for the low s*x drive, either psychological or physical.
