  1. this depends on who is on the upper hand....meaning who is more in need...the buyer needs the products/services more or is the seller desperate to sell fast.

    then depending on the situation, you can bargain lower or higher but of course, you need to identify the needs and not to abuse if you o have the upper hand.

  2. Always ask for at least 20% higher than you're willing to sell, or 20% lower than your willing to pay. Leave yourself some wiggle room, that way people think they're getting the best deal when they are really getting what you intended to buy/sell in the first place. Of course if they go for the original price then all the better.
