How to nominate someone for Extreme Home Makeover?

I know someone I'd love to nominate, but I don't want them to know I nominated them. They might feel insulted, but man, their place really needs help and they're way too poor to do it themselves.

one time my dad was going to get our a new make over but when the decorator said the price my dad was a little iffy about it. so then he told the lady it is too much. so one day she called back on the phone crying cause my dad had told her about how my mom and bro passed away and she said that she would do it for free! that was a few years ago but it looked great.

just send a video of their house and their lifestyle to the makeover team and just ask them if you could appear anonymous

But as you probably know, the family you nominate needs to have a story.   They don't accept people for the sole reason that they're too poor to afford renovations.
