  1. I wish i could answer that..lol

  2. OK, I guess jealousy is a wasted emotion, but it doesn't have to be.

I used to be the super jealous girlfriend, but then someone suggested that I ask myself what insecurities I had that made me feel the jealousy.

It quickly fell away after that.  I realized that most of my insecurities were absurd.

For example, bf was talking to some hot chick, i would get jealous and realize that I thought that maybe he thought that she was prettier than me.  Then I would continue with that thought and realize that he was with me for a reason and if he was planning on going behind my back for nice legs or a big rack, then he's more shallow than i though and i'm better off without him.  yeah, it hurt if that actually happened (only did once), but it was A LOT easier to deal with when I came to terms with that particular jealousy.

Hope that helps.  Some people let jealousy take over them and turn into complete idiots, so grats to you for recognizing that it's something to be overcome.

  3. My mum always said jealousy is a wasted emotion. Being jealous makes you ugly not to mention you can't change someone you perceive as better then you in someway. You have to accent your great qualities and see yourself separately from others, as an individual, for as much as you cant be them neither can they be you.

  4. OMG, wonderful response Paparazzi gave.

Yes, just don't base your life, looks, qualities, with the person you know is a little bit above you. So many people do this and I see it everyday at work. Don't fight anyone or make anyone angry only because they are at a higher level, belong to a different social class, have better looks, etc.

You are you and don't let others be you. Don't be conceited, but just be you.

If you hate and are jealous, people see it and they feel sorry for you.

Don't be that kind of person.

You will not make any true friends.

Live life, mind your own business, and be nice to those you live and work around with.

There is this woman at my job who was a tremendous hater. No kidding. She had disappeared for two weeks and everyone thought she had quit. Truth is, she was in a car crash and when she came back, she was on crutches. The day she came back, she was so different, much more humble and approachable.

Good luck and take it easy.

    Don't hate anyone.

It also gives them the power to assume you are miserable for being jealous of them--and a jealous person is never respected.
