  1. First, accept that it's normal to be a bit scared and nervous. People think being scared is a bad feeling they shouldn't have; they're wrong. There's nothing wrong with being scared. You just keep moving forward despite how you feel.

    Second, stop trying to not be scared. The more you focus on it, the more intense your fear will be. Stop it.

    Third, every time you start feeling panicky, tell yourself, "Nope," and think about something else or go do something else. Picture yourself exactly as you'd like to be tomorrow, feel in your bones that it's true. Let yourself feel good.


  2. my first day is 2morro and im so scared right now. im like crying right now but idk what to do so i am going to clam down and think how i can make my first day good.

  4. School is tomorrow for me aslo! Well, what I'm doing is I'm going to stay calm. Not to be so jumpy, and say Hi to all my friends. I'm going to pay attention stay cool. Nothing to it. Who knows, you may make new friends.

  5. There is noting to it because you do not know. So I would just eat dinner and go to bed early. Tomorrow have a nice breakfast and enjoy.

    No need to be scared because at least 100 kids or more will feel the same way.

    Just relax and everything will be fine.
