When i was running the 100m on track and field day, i ran as fast as i can go and i was 2nd / 3rd. but i wanted to go faster but unforrtantly i fell. but i didnt get hurt i just bounced of the track and jogged the rest. i fell about 30m into the race. the part where your still low and heading back up to the straight posistion. did i stay low too much? or i ran too fast but you cant really run too fast? this was the first time i fell in 3 years and it was surprising.

  1. someitmes that just happends...i would try keeping ur eye on something and keep ur head focused on one thing...running

  2. i would say to work on your starts more.  when you get out of the blocks you want to stay low and gradually work your way to an up right position.  most people don't hit top speed right out of the blocks. watch bolt on how to run the first half of a race.  turn it off after that because everything from there is how not to do it

  3. well it does happen. but it could have been your form. are you sure that ur legs and arms were in the correct position and keeping you balanced. it could have been that you were bend over  too long because ur body might not have been used to it. also you might have been trying to push ur self a lot and thought its not too much u just might not have been acustom to keeping balance at that level.
