How to not get caught killing innocents in oblivion tes?

i tried to kill ulna in the vin disel temple place for her sword and armour with is the best on the game i think but when i kill her it says i have been observed then by unkown if i go to sleep will dark brotherhood come beacause i want to join??? is there any way to not get caught by the guards

Theres a patch which makes the guards not psychic... dont have a link, but google it

observed by unknown meens dark brotherhood saw you. After it says that, go to sleep and then their leader will appear. Join then go to their base for a mission. It pays off.

yea its a real ***** when that happens. Just try 2 be as sneaky as possible i guess.
