How to not over eat when stressed?

  1. I can relate to that. When I am stressed I play computer games to help take my mind off food. Also, get healthy snacks like grapes or cherries, rice cakes are good also and they now come in a variety of flavors.

    You can also look into the reason why you are stressed and find a positive way to deal with that issue. I am waiting to start school again also and waiting for transcripts and stuff to get there is stressful enough.

    Another way is find a nece relaxing Cd or something like that and just get by yourself and chill. Good luck


  2. when i'm stressed out i find it best to eat crunchy things. it may seem silly, but it helps u feel better! i suggest fresh vegies like raw carrots, cucumbers or cauliflower. and if u want smthng sweet, try a low fat pudding or vegetable jello! Good Luck! :)

  3. Well, I like to chew long-lasting gum. This gives my mouth something to do, and I'm way less likely to crave food.
