GO online to CTEC.org to get the app. You will also need to buy a "tax preparer's bond". The instructions for the app will take you from there.

BTW, don't even tell H&R that you don't plan to work for them if you have not completed the course. They will boot you out of it!!!

Pass the CTEC exam.  Your Block instructor should be able to steer you in the right direction.
