How to obtain a tourist visa in korea?

i am working as a teacher in a mission academy, and i wanted to go to korea for vacation...a korean couple invited me and had already sent me an invitation letter...what other requirements do i have to prepare? how much money in the bank should i prepare?

If you're Canadian you can go there for 6 months without a visa (as a tourist only, no working).

If you're Australian, 90 days.

United States, 30 days.

Other than that there are other countries but I don't know you're nationality, I'll assume one of the above from your English level.
