Im a 15 year old girl trying to get a working permit in Nevada

where do i go

Where do i get my application/form

do i get the working permit before my job or do i get hired first ?

I wan't to work in retail like at charlotte russe or wet seal

  2. You put this under "immigration" so don't be surprised that people ask if you are a US citizen.  You are not old enough to get a work permit.  

    Your school should have application forms and info.  After you turn 16, go to the state labor department office (usually located in or near the unemployment office) with your parents (they have to give their permission and it is up to them to ensure that you do not violate any state laws regarding child labor).  You need completed application, proof of citizenship or authorization to work from immigration, same as any employee.  Once you have the state work permit, you can start applying for jobs.  

    Note that some retail chains, among other businesses, do not hire minors.  You will have to file applications until you find a job.  Check websites to see if they require minimum age 18, and whether they are accepting applications or not.
