How to obtain sales lead listings of businesses/people?

There is a neat magazine called SCBIZ that has a ton of lists, but I'm in NC and would like to know where I could obtain a book like that here in NC. I've tried searching online but I'm obviously typing the wrong keywords... Can't find anything. I'm looking for a periodical-type source such as a newspaper or magazine publisher.

Create your own with lead capture pages.

Buying leads that have probably been sold already is not a good idea.
