How to open Macbook Case to clean the fan inside?

I can't seem to find any guide or instructions on opening a macbook case completely and rather the guides only refer to upgrading the ram or hard disk.

I have managed to unscrew all the screws of macbook but the case does not open and I am afraid if I apply too much force the case might just break off.

The problem with my macbook is that when it is not on the power cord, it makes a very very very loud static sound from inside and I think it is from the dust collected on the motherboard fan. So I think opening the case to clean the fan would be a good idea.

As for my warranty, it's over and the apple store is charging me a fortune JUST TO CHECK what the problem is and further would state the actual repair fees.
