How to open a file of compliant against a salon/hair stylist .. plz help?

one of the stylist mess up my hair and is almost burned i payed 80 dollar.. i talked to the manager and she dont want to return my money back..and i want to open a file of compliant... how can i do that.. am i gonna pay money 4 opening it u.... where do i go.... its my first time doing this... and my hair is so mess up... and it was in a good condishion plz help

contact the owner of the salon, or, if its a large chain, go to the website and look up the contact info.

just go to the higher ups if the manager wont listen.

your going to need pictures of before and after.

and for this ind of complaint, the damage should be pretty significant.

make sure its worth it.

You need to contact your state or area's cosmetology board. You can look that up online.

Go to Sally's Beauty supply and get a conditiner for damaged hair, Redken has great products. Also get something to rebulid protein.

File a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.  If the salon is owned by a corporation, get in touch with someone higher up.  However, a lot of salons are individually owned.
