How to open a new Clinical Laboratory?

I am a biologist and I am thinking to open my own lab. I couldn't find any descent information about getting a licence here in Ontario. Can anyone help me out finding the right information? Licence requirement, certification etc..

Just step into the office of the local authorities and get the application format and advice for starting the clinical lab . They will help you .Wish you good luck .
