How to open a piggy bank?

my family has this cat shaped piggy bank, and so my mom left a note, "feed the cat". so i decided to be an idiot and put 100 in there, but now i need it back. the bank has a foam thing underneath, but its sealed and i dont want to make it look suspicious. how can i open it with out my parents knowing?

maybe the true reason is, he needs money to support his habit and wants to take it from someone elses piggybank but cant figure out how.
