How to open a torrent?

I downloaded a map for my gps with utorrent, but I dont know how to open it... I right clicked and opened the folder but I dont know what to open it with... and how do I put it on my card?

What is the file extention? Of the file you downloaded?

Also this is something that you can ask your GPS service provider. tell them that you have the map & want assistance upoading it to the reader..
