How to open my own company

pleazzz ...someone tell me how to open my own company and i dont have any thing yet i am just a student may be in two couple years i will have a job in summer and earn about 1000$ so can this money make something???

ocntact your local SCORE office thru the chamber of commerce. they have programs where you can learn to start a business and they wont scam you like a lot of online ventures.
