How to open nef format file in fire fox or with internet explorer 7?

i got this forma it means Nikon Electronic Format. i dont know how to open this format with firefox and internet explorer kindly tell me

It seems to be a special file format for Nikon, so I don't think firefox nor internet explorer supports this format all you can do is using a converter and converting .nef to jpg, bmp, .gif, .tif, .png or whatever suits your taste...
