How to open up a Bissell Powersteamer 1695

Question

Not spraying so I think the pump is shot (it does hum). I've got the lower front part open but cannot get open the middle part to expose the main guts. I've taken out all visble screws but don't want to force anything. Is there a schematic anywhere?
