How to open up a nursery??

My brothers girlfriend (who is doing a childminding course early in the new year) is interested in setting up her own nursery. what qualifications, certification etc would she need to have?

Secure certification from the agency that is responsible for issuance of permit or has jurisdiction over the subject matter. Taday degree on specific field is required, the capacity to operate a nursery in order to pay taxes, etc.

She needs NVQ Level 3 or the old NNEB certificate.

Try to contact the local Sure Start team in her area and collaborate with them.
