Talk to different zoos for advise. Research how zoos are started. What permits, laws, requirements, do you need for owning/starting a business and owning/caring for/handling wild and exotic animals? How much land do you need? How large do the exhibits have to be? What do you have to do to make the exhibits safe? Staff? etc....
