i GOT A NEW COMPUTER AND IT HAS A VIDEO CAMERA IN IT. how do i turn it on.I heard u can make a vodeo with it how I have a dell wide flatscreen and it is silver.please help

  1. need a video capture or video editing app... windows movie maker bundled w/ Vista.

    - import/capture using webcam - may have to configure before use.
