How to order diamond report?

Is there any reliable website that offer such service? i.e. sending the diamond via mail and getting the report.

Uhm, I would never send a diamond to some random website.   Find a local, qualified, independant jeweler in your area, who is a certified appraiser, and have them do it for you.  Or, if you have a significant diamond, larger then 2 carats, you could send it the GIA, and they will grade it and send you a report.   If you go to their website it should give you info on how to send diamonds to them for grading...
