How to organise a volleyball tournament?

Ideally, you would 4 teams per court.  Everyone could play everyone else in the pool of 4 and you could be done with the preliminary round around 1PM if you start at 8AM.  You could have the top 2 teams from each pool into the gold bracket and the bottom 2 teams into the silver bracket.  You can set up a single elimination bracket for the silver and gold levels.
