  1. ok so you're obviously needing some great advice , l'm not a medstudent but l do know what you're talking about( last year applied math) the first thing to do is to skip that loosing weight idea for the moment you need to eat enrgetic food and drinks .( fruit juices , italian food is wwonderful, a great ball of cereals in the morning and some orange juice trust me you'll all the extra energy and the surprising thing you're gonna lose weight even though you're gonna be eating as much as a cow..trust me )

if you have scool in the morning when you get back home try to watch television ( a sitcom is vhighly recommended) , eat a something until you'll crave don't punish yourself .

take a little nap for lik 15 min ( don't close your eyes just relax on your bed or sofa) then tell yourself it's working time comeon let's kick some biochemistry  or whatever your studying..start with the hardest subject finish it and then move to th easiest one...take a break of 15 mins every 1 hour...and then at midnight it's bed time sleep for a six hours minimum, wake up eraly in the morning eat something energetic drink a glass of juice and then review any subject or the subject yoou've studied the night before  for like an hour or 45 minutes take your  breakfast relax and the go to school.

if you want to do exercice l suggest cardio, just some walking and runing for like 10 minutes each do some yoga ' exercice of the mind for 20 minutes' the whole would take 1 hour with the shower that should make 1h and ten minutes in the morning or afternoon , drink lots of water and eat fruits of the season try to do like l said do not elongate the stydies fr hours without any break try to take a break every 1h30 or 1h if you'r studying the whole day .

and as my mother says ' do it slowly but surely'(in french)

sorry for my very wick english and don't worry ust don't panic and everything would go smoothly.

    salam
