There is no such thing.  Once a Marine, always a Marine.  This guy sounds like a wanna-bee; Marines are taught never to behave that way.  Your best bet is to ignore Mister Smart-alek.  If he's not paid the attention he seeks, he'll be forced to shut up or grow up.  Pass the word to your friends...
