How to over come jealousy?/

how do i get over the insecuritys and being jealous>. my husband has give no reason for me to feel this way,, this stems from a marriage years ago,, i ned to get over it and trust my new husband,, but how,,its making us both miserable

i know how you feel.. i have no reasons what so ever to feel jealous or untrustful of my man but from a past relationship i had it has made me more suspicious, jealous and it takes time but talk to each other and as long as you keep open to each other and are there for each other it makes things alot better good luck
