How to overcome constant fatigue through diet?

despite exercising regularly and getting a full night's sleep every night, i find myself constantly fatigued throughout the day, so much that it is hard to keep my head up to do my work without periodic naps. ive seen a doctor who assured me that i dont suffer from any type of sleeping disorder. i suspect that my diet may be the cause - i don't eat many fruits and vegetables. can this cause fatigue? if so, what should i eat to give me energy throughout the day - i do not want to resort to caffeine as a bandaid but rather am looking for healthy permanent lifestyle solutions. thanks.

  1. Eat much fiber and drink much water...dehydration  is the one that causes fatigue and exhaustion. Try to quit drinking much coffee, carbonated beverages and alcohol. Eat fresh veggies or fruits and avoid eating much processed foods. exercise a lot.
