  1. if you really want to do it you will focus your mind on the positive and when you get you'll be glad you did

  2. make sure you stay positive and also you need to forget about your fears those do not help at all

  3. just think everything over in your mind and picture yourself doing it exactly how you want to.

when you do it just think about the 1 thing that your having problems with.

just go for it. if you do it enough times you wont be afraid of it anymore.

  4. Don't think about it, just do it. Really, as long as you focus on the physical part of it and block out the mental part of it, you'll be fine. One girl I coached needed to "clear her mind" the first few times she did it (she was petrified of doing them, it was so bad), and then when she got used to it, she was fine. Good luck! You'll do fine.

  5. If you're doing this on a trampoline, this will help.

    Try doing some backward rolls

Jump up and land on your back

Jump up and land on your back and on the way up flip

Then you can try your back tuck, this really helped me.

  6. just go for it.

you want to go more up then backwards.

the worst thing that could happen is you land on your knees.

if you have trouble getting around in a full circle in the air jump a couple of times in the air and focus on one thing in the distance and when you flip try and keep stairing at it while keeping your chest up.
