How to overdraft from the ATM?

I just want to know. I kow how to do it at the grocery store, but I have never done it at the Bank ATM, it wouldn't allow me.

Generally if the ATM is drawn off the bank it will not allow you to. If it is a foriegn ATM it will process it regardless.
