How to paint over peeled/cracked paint on roof??

My washroom roof has peeled and cracked paint from water, and water vapor. I wanna repaint the washroom but how can I effectively remove the peeled and cracked paint off the roof to paint over it???

Scrape it then sand it smoot mabe even put some compound on it you may have to use your imagination to get a great look

borrow a power washer and blast off the chips then sand it.

There is a product to make old paint lift off a surface but i don't know what it's called. Just ask at your local paint store

lol everybody is sayin sand it and S**t it cuz by water thats not going to work and even if it did the water would mess it up again  200$ is a good deal

Use a scraper until its smooth and then put paint on it
