How to pass grade 9 all academic subjects?

i am going to St Marguerite D'youville in Brampton Ontario as a grade 9 student and originally i was put in all applied subjects (i had a 78% overall average in grade 8 at Father Francis Mcspiritt also in Brampton ON) but my parents especially my dad wasn't happy to hear that so he said he's switching me into all academic so i can graduate from high school and go straight to university no college at all so I'm worried that i will fail miserably so somebody who passed all academic subjects so if you can please give me a sample of academic work on each subject based on the ontario curriculum please and all the tools and techniques to pass tests, exams, EQAO and to get all my credits the first time around prior to my high school graduation AND to be on the honour roll also i want to know if MASTERING HIGH SCHOOL 2009 from the source by circuit city works and is based on the ontario curriculum

First of all it does not really matter what marks you get in grade 9 as long as you pass so do not get all stressed. Also if I were to give examples of work from academic classes you would probably get scared because you do not understand it, but that's why you go to school, so you can understand it. If you had 78% average in grade 8 you will probably do just fine in grade 9. I think i had low 70's coming out of grade 8 and now I am going into grade 12 with a 76% average in all "U" or "M" level corses (I did do poorly in grade 9 though, just because I did not really care that much). Just try your best not to get stessed out about high school, works for me.
