  1. whatever gets the ball to your teammate (without getting him killed hopefully).  i am normally in traffic so the whole spin pass goes out the window just popping it up in the air and letting him run on to it works great.  if you want to pass like a scrum half them putting a lot of spin on it is important but otherwise just keep it under control and find whats natural to you.

  2. Ever go bowling? Use the same hand and motion to pass as you do with bowling.  If you bowl with your right hand place your right hand on the outside of the ball towards the back and swing your arm (just like in bowling), release belly-button high.  Practice with that hand only a few times.  Then add your left hand on the inside offsetting the location in perfect semitry (towards the front).  Use that hand as balance to throw a spiral.  After you learn to throw a spiral then you can start using your off-hand to add strengh and speed.

  3. the way i do it is have your weaker hand near the top of the ball and your stronger hand near the bottom. then when your throwing it spin it with both your hands this is also a website that has a video on how to pass

  4. if you r right handed hold the side of the ball, put ur left  on the opposite end, closer to the tip. then move ur shoulders tword ur target and flick your wrist while moving arms up. The flick of the wrist gives the ball a nice spin and increases accuracy

  5. Um, backwards.

  6. go on bbc.co.uk/sport/

click on the rugby link and there is a good animation
