  1. make sure you leave you arms as a level platform.

bend your knees, and keep your weight on the balls of your feet.

    DON'T swing your arms.

like everyone else has said, relax.

if you have a volleyball at home,

hit against a wall for twenty minutes or so a day.

  2. okay heres some tips.....

    stay low

keep your hands OFF your knees

    bend your knees

    dont arch your back

keep a flat platform, not crooked or off to side

    keep your hands together

    be low all the time

dont stand up unless the ball already hit ground

use your legs not just your arms

finally, dont swing at the ball, use a pushing motion instead, like moving your legs from a really low position to a higher (ALMOST but not actually) standing up position...while doing this you should push the ball with your platform (without the swinging motion) and shrug your shoulders...after, always remember to walk through it...which means dont stop, follow through

***hope i helped and good luck!!!

  3. move your feet, square your shoulders, and get under the ball. thats all you need to know. as well as, keep your arms straight and shrug your shoulders toward your chin a bit.(its a little secret to make your arms more flat and close together)  it helps alot. & just practice reps of passing over and over.

  4. relax when passing.

never stop moving your feet, always move. it will help you move to the ball faster and be ready

    be on your toes..

    stay low

    and

    dont swing your arms.

  5. Get a libero!

That's what I do.  But when I don't have that as an option, remember to bend your knees and let the ball hit you.  Don't get too frustrated if you shank one.  Getting frustrated is only going to make your passes worse.  Before matches, don't rush to get to hitting lines.  Spend time peppering with team mates.  This will get you loose and help get your passing down.

  6. try to be relaxed....allow the ball to come to try not to force the issue....place 1 hand in the other cross with ur thumbs, try to keep arms outstretched elbows straight....it would be good to have a teammet place soft spikes continuously in ur direction....if ur still having trouble try to google volleyball techniques...it takes some time to be really comfotable in the passing game....doubt if there's any quick fix...hope this helps...

  7. Ok you need to be moving your feet! Do not lean into the ball and just fall to the ground, take an extra step forward to get the ball and get a good pass. Square you shoulders to the setter, get lower than the ball and make sure you are in good passing position. DO NOT SWING YOUR ARMS!!!! lol. I would ask your coach for some more tips and practice, practice, practice. I hope I helped and good luck!!!
