You can either get an etag which you put money into and it then reduces down each time the tag gets zapped when you go onto a tollway or you can get a different account where they direct debit your credit card or account at the end of every month for the amount that you use.  The second system as worked really well for me.  I have all our cars on the one account and each month it gets paid.  I always check it.  Have never been charged for trips not made and never been charged more from my credit card than what the account was.  Basically works the same as citylink.  If you don't use it very often you can also just buy a single pass when you do use it.  You can prepurchase by calling up or getting it at a Shell outlet or you can get it within three days of using the tollway.  Wouldn't go with this system unless you only plan to use it 2 or 3 times a year.
