U cant..Cause indian banks do not allow u to do so..

U can pay by Crdit Card but not by debit card.

U can pay money only thru PaisaPay if the Party (whom u have to pay) is registered with PaisaPay (Like Ebay)

Or U can thru ur Internet banking account of SBI

But the Party must also be in the list of SBI billers or so.

If u have to shop something then u can go to Ebay n purchase whatever u want thru ur debit card.
