How to perceive spiritual worlds?

Question

To get to know god, you must be able to somehow perceive that which is divine.

How can I perceive that which is divine?

I'm curious...

The way is unique to each individual. For some it is in meditation others in religious practices such as Prayer and devotion. The form of Magic/Yoga is ultimately the prerogative of the aspirant.

its never going to be easy while trying to find a path to God, there are going to be forces trying to bring you down and pull you awaya

Oh, there is so much out there, unseen by the naked eye.

There are so many dimensions to this world and universe, beyond what one can see or touch.  We have the ability to perceive it all, if we are willing to see beyond ourselves, in the here and now.  If we can allow our mind's eye to seek 'peripheral vision' into the infinite.  This is a progressively gradual process, to be enlightened by the Presence of the Holy Spirit.  It is not something accomplished overnight!  Does the curiosity of this 'cat', have the patience as well? ;-)

Hmmm...I can remember feeling like that...and to be honest I still feel that way from time to time.

I believe that is an individual experience...just try to identify without comparing.

Precisely. Man cannot hold belief in an energy or entity he cannot or is unable intellectually or spiritually to perceive.
