I cant do them :\ lol, i get to the top with my legs in the air and i come crashing back down after about half a second, i cant practice my balance like that because i just cant get up there properly? any ideas? :D and i'd like to learn how to handstand from a crouching start instead of having my legs stretched out.. any more ideas? thanks :)
