How to permanently deleate limewire files?

I downloaded songs from limewire and i deleted them becuase i dont want to take the risk of being sued. I knew that the files are still in my hard-drive. Is there a way to permanetly deleate the limewire files from my computer and hard-drive? Is there a good program that would do it?

run your search program and search limewire. Delete EVERYTHING you find. Or,search for each individual file using the files name.

so i dont know how to delete them from the hard drive but i DO know that as long as you dont download any more since they've passed that new (for lack of a better word) "law" as long as you dont download any more songs your good. its kind of a going forward you have a risk of being sued. Sucks i know! i hate having to pay for downloading songs know!! $50 bucks on songs from itunes since june when that stupid "law" was passed!
