For long term the stock's fundamentals should be good that i know

and what should i see for picking stocks for intra day (bcos good fundamentals stocks too fail to perform in particular day)

so what are the technical calculations should i do?

First of all, you must have potential to identify fundamentally strong stock and then after making technical analysis buy the same on strong support at the time of decline. Buy low, sell high. I would buy stocks from places that are doing really good right now, like buying something that is hot on the market.
