How to pick your seats on a flight going to Hawaii

Hi. i'm going to Hawaii in september. And i want to know how d i pick my seat. I want to sit close to a window. Do you pick your seat as soon as you book your flight. Or when you check in. PLease tell me. Or is the seat arrangement first come first serve in coach.

Most airlines allow you to pick your seat when you make your reservation. Go to the airline's website and see what you can do. Do not wait until the airport check in to get a seat assignment. If you need more help, input your airline, flight number, date and city of departure.

If ur traveling with someone who is an Elite traveleur you can pick them on line. Most carriers will AllOW u to see the seating arrangement by going to thier web site with eith your ticket number and or reservaton number.

The Ellite seats are always in ((coach)) -(jumbo jet 777 or 767) startng at or around 17 and 17 A  and 17 K-L would be window seats + U can always call and ask the specific carrier and give them your name and date of travel and destination and confrmation # and they will pull up the record and try to give you what they can for the fare basis on your ticket! ♂

I'm affraid its first come first serve at check in. But maybe if your lucky enough, you could ask in check in could yoube assigned to sit at a window seat.

This completely depends on who you are flying with (which airline) and how you're booking your flight.  Normally, you can select seats immediately when booking if you're booking direct from the airline. (Often shows a diagram of the plane from which you can click on your selected seat.)  If you're booking through something like Travelocity or Orbitz, after you make the reservation you can normally call the airline and ask them to go ahead and assign you a seat and request a window seat at that time.  I've never had to wait until I arrive at the airport to have a seat assigned!
