How to plan a company annual dinner? what i need to do?

1)  How many people?

2)  Are you just to choose a restaurant where everyone will go and the Company picks up the bill?

3)  Are you supposed to cater in food to the company conference room where everyone goes thru the buffet and goes back to their desk to eat?

4)  Are you talking about a huge affair at a large hotel ballroom where the hotel caters in the food and there's a live band playing elevator music?

5)  Is it a 10-person Company and you are hosting them at your house and cooking lasagne for a crowd?

Not enough info yet to be of any help, but I have ideas for any of the above.

find out if they want a private dinner or just a table for everyone to sit and order off the menu.  Doesnt say how many people your talking about.. More information might help you get answers you are looking for.

call and get reservations for the amount of people invited.ask prices,deposits and deadlines for everything.Hope this helps....
