How to plan the perfect Sweet 16 party.?

My best friend's child is turning 16 in a couple of months, and she wants me to plan the party. I am a party planner/wedding planner, but it's different when it's your best friend.. So I need the best ideas!

She loves pink, and about any bright colors.

how bout a sweet pink 16 party??

1. different shades of pinkk balloons [ALOT!!]

2. light & hot pink streamers

3. formal table clothes light pink&hot pinkk

4. tables in the backyardd!

5. center piece should be pinkk candles withh scattered m&ms & confetti

6. hang christmas lights around the backyard (if its taking place there)

7. andd maybee have a slideshow of her growing upp

Ok, How about a party that envolves fun at a them park, at the lake, have the party at home with all his or her friends an rent movies afterwards to watch
